Historical Replica of the Walther P38
The Walther P38, a 9mm caliber pistol, was developed by Walther at the beginning of World War II as a service weapon for the German Wehrmacht. The basis for the Walther P38 was the Walther MPP, manufactured since 1929 for the German police. It was developed in 1938 partly to replace the previous service weapon, the Luger P08, which was too expensive to produce.
